Order Placement, Processing and Payment

We pack and process all orders on the same business day (orders received by 3pm AEST).
 
Once you place an order with TRU Celtic, you will receive an email confirmation acknowledging the receipt of your order.
 
Payments are processed upon successful receipt of your order, and orders are shipped once payment has been verified.
 

Delivery 

AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING

FREE Shipping within Australia is available for all TRU Customers.
  • Metro - Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide: up to 3-7 business days.
  • Regional VIC, NSW, S.A, Metro Brisbane, Hobart, Perth: 7 business days
If your delivery address is located outside these areas, please allow up to 10 days.
(Postage times are an estimate only, and do not allow for public holidays or high volume periods. Example: Easter, Christmas and New Year).

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

TRU Celtic ships WORLDWIDE to your doorstep, every day, for FREE.
 
Please allow between 7-21 business days for international delivery. Postage times are an estimate only, and do not allow for COVID measures, public holidays or high volume periods.  As the product will be shipped from Australia via Australia Post, please see their website for more information on delivery timeframes.
 
Due to customs regulations, deliveries may be subject to random examinations and scans.
 
Please note all international orders are sent via Australia Post, using standard Air Mail - which is why we're able to offer you FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING. This means that there is no tracking information available, however if you wish to make an order larger than 6 x TRU Celtic packs and would like tracking, please email us directly for a quote.
 
IMPORTANT: If your shipping address is incomplete - missing any information, such as the zip code, house number, street type, city or province etc.  it is likely that your order will not be received.
 
Please ensure that your shipping address is COMPLETE AND CORRECT BEFORE confirming your order.
 
Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Please make sure you check your shipping address details! 
 
If the information in your confirmation email is incorrect, then please contact us immediately at kate@vitruvianhealth.com.au. We require any corrections within 2 hours of placing your order so we can attempt to correct the shipping address. Please note that once the TRU Celtic is on it's way to you, it is out the door, and out of our hands!
 

Returns

TRU Celtic does not accept any refunds or exchanges on products purchased, due to health regulations.  If you feel the product purchased is defective or not as advertised, please email us at kate@vitruvianhealth.com.au
I have received an incorrect/faulty item.
  • If you receive an incorrect item on your order, or if you think there is a fault with an item you have received, please let us know immediately by contacting our Customer Service - simply fill out our Contact Us form and please include as many details as possible about the order and any issue. Please see our Terms and Conditions for more information regarding faulty items.
 
An item is missing from my order.
  • Sometimes, we don't send all of your items on your order in the same individual package or at the same time.
  • If parts of your order have been sent separately, you will receive a notification of this.
  • If you think you are missing an item from your order, please check your dispatch emails in the first instance to see if any of your items will be arriving separately.
  • If your order has been split, the delivery note(s) will state which items should be in that part of your order which has been delivered.
  • Please check the delivery notes from each part of your order to make sure you are not missing any items. If an item is missing then please get in touch with Customer Service by filling out our Contact Us form and please provide as many details as possible about the order and any issue experienced.
