Order Returns and Refunds

Any faulty or damaged stock returned to TRU Celtic within 14 days of delivery to the customer will be replaced at no charge, following reasonable inspection by TRU Celtic. 

If an order has been received and it is incorrect through the fault of  TRU Celtic, it will be replaced at no additional charge to the customer or a full refund of the initial charge will be issued upon its return and receipt into the TRU Celtic warehouse. The refund will not be given until the goods have arrived and been inspected at the TRU Celtic warehouse.

TRU Celtic will not issue a refund for any products or quantities selected incorrectly, or if a customer changes their mind once they have placed an order. It is the responsibility of the customer to check their order before its submission to TRU Celtic for processing and before payment is made to TRU Celtic for the order.

Please note that the customer is responsible for the postage cost for any items being returned to TRU Celtic. Any items to be returned, must be returned to the following address:
